Coinchime (“the app”) sends crypto price alerts and exchange updates that you choose. It shows information only. It does not trade, hold or transfer crypto, does not ask for exchange keys or wallets, and does not give investment advice. This policy explains what the app and its alert server handle.
There is no sign‑in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs, and it does not use the advertising ID.
To send an alert while the app is closed, our server (coinchime.tanzsoft.com, operated by TanzSoft) keeps:

Exchange update alerts (new trading pairs, halts, listings) use push topics: your phone subscribes to the topics you turn on, and the server sends one message per topic without knowing which phones subscribed.
The server's web log records IP addresses for security for a limited time, as most web servers do. We do not use them to identify you.
Alerts are delivered with Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging. To do this, Google processes the push token and a Firebase installation ID for your app. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Your alerts, your coin list, your settings and the list of alerts you received. The device ID, key and push token are excluded from Android backup.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone, except Google for push delivery as described above.
The app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

Coinchime은 사용자가 고른 코인 가격 알림과 거래소 소식을 보내는 앱입니다. 정보만 보여 주며, 코인을 사고팔거나 보관·이체하지 않고, 거래소 키·지갑을 묻지 않으며, 투자 조언을 하지 않습니다.
로그인이 없고 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치를 묻지 않습니다. 광고와 분석·추적 도구가 없고 광고 ID를 쓰지 않습니다.
앱이 닫혀 있어도 알림을 보내기 위해 서버(coinchime.tanzsoft.com, 탄즈소프트 운영)에 다음을 둡니다: 서버가 만든 임의 기기 번호와 비밀 키(해시로만 저장), 앱의 FCM 푸시 토큰, 기기 언어와 고른 표시 통화, 사용자가 만든 알림 조건(코인·가격·퍼센트·시간), 기기 번호 없이 남기는 발송 기록(종류·시각·성공 여부, 14일 보관 — 알림이 얼마나 빨리 가는지 재고 보여 주는 데 씀). 거래소 소식 알림은 토픽 구독 방식이라 서버는 어느 폰이 구독했는지 모릅니다. 웹 서버 기록에는 보안을 위해 IP 주소가 일정 기간 남습니다.
알림은 구글 Firebase Cloud Messaging 으로 전달되며, 이를 위해 구글이 푸시 토큰과 Firebase 설치 ID 를 처리합니다.
시세·거래쌍 목록은 우리 서버가 바이낸스 공개 시세, 크라켄 공식 블로그 피드, 유럽중앙은행 기준 환율에서 읽습니다. 한국 가격 차·업비트 소식을 켜면 폰이 업비트 공개 시세와 마켓 목록을 직접 조회합니다(계정·키 없음).
알림 조건, 관심 코인, 설정, 받은 알림 목록. 기기 번호·키·푸시 토큰은 안드로이드 백업에서 제외됩니다.
앱의 설정 › 내 데이터 지우기를 누르면 서버의 기기와 조건이 즉시 지워집니다. 앱을 삭제하면 다음 알림이 전달되지 않는 시점에 서버가 기기를 지웁니다. 180일 동안 앱을 열지 않은 기기는 자동으로 지워집니다. 메일로 요청하셔도 지웁니다.
푸시 전달을 위한 구글 외에는 누구에게도 판매·제공하지 않습니다.
성인(18세 이상)용이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
