Dimebook (“the app”) is a personal budget and expense tracker for Android. You type or paste your own records; the app does not connect to banks or card companies. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.

No account, no ads, no analytics

Dimebook has no account, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or advertising identifier.

Your records stay on your phone

• Your budget books, records, amounts, memos, accounts, categories, budgets and settings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us.
• The app does not request permission to read your SMS messages or notifications. If you share or paste a payment message into the app, it is read on your device only to fill in the record you are creating, and only the record you confirm is saved.
• If you choose “Save a backup file”, daily auto backup, or Excel/CSV export, the app writes files to the location you pick. We never receive them.
• Android’s own device backup may include this data if you have turned device backup on; that is handled by Google under your Google account settings, not by us.

Exchange rates

Only if you use a budget book in a currency different from your main currency, the app downloads the public reference exchange rate file of the European Central Bank (ecb.europa.eu). No amounts, records or personal information are sent in this request. Rates are for reference only.

App lock

If you turn on the optional app lock, your PIN is stored on the device only as a salted hash. Fingerprint or face unlock is handled by Android; the app never receives biometric data.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder or card payment-day alert, the app schedules local notifications on your phone. Nothing is sent from our servers.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → “Delete all data” in the app, or uninstall the app. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing to delete on our side.

Not a financial service

Dimebook is a record-keeping tool. It does not hold, move or lend money and does not provide investment, credit or other financial advice.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

Dimebook(“본 앱”)은 안드로이드용 가계부 앱입니다. 사용자가 직접 입력하거나 붙여넣은 기록만 다루며, 은행·카드사와 연동하지 않습니다.

계정·광고·분석 없음

본 앱에는 계정·로그인·광고·분석/추적 SDK가 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치·연락처·광고 ID를 수집하지 않습니다.

기록은 기기에만 저장

• 가계부·거래 기록·금액·메모·계좌·카테고리·예산·설정은 기기 안에만 저장되며 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다.
• 본 앱은 문자(SMS)·알림 읽기 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 사용자가 결제 문자를 공유하거나 붙여넣으면, 그 글은 기기 안에서 입력 내용을 채우는 데만 쓰이고 사용자가 확인한 기록만 저장됩니다.
• 백업 파일 저장·매일 자동 백업·엑셀/CSV 내보내기는 사용자가 고른 위치에 파일을 저장합니다. 저희는 받지 않습니다.
• 기기 백업을 켜 두셨다면 안드로이드 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 구글 계정 설정에 따라 구글이 처리합니다.

환율

기본 통화와 다른 통화의 가계부를 쓸 때만 유럽중앙은행(ecb.europa.eu)의 공개 기준환율 파일을 내려받습니다. 금액·기록·개인정보는 보내지 않습니다. 환율은 참고용입니다.

앱 잠금

선택 기능인 앱 잠금을 켜면 PIN은 솔트를 더한 해시로만 기기에 저장됩니다. 지문·얼굴 인식은 안드로이드가 처리하며 앱은 생체 정보를 받지 않습니다.

알림

매일 알림·카드 결제일 알림을 켜면 기기에서 예약한 알림이 표시됩니다. 서버에서 보내는 알림이 아닙니다.

데이터 삭제

앱의 설정 → “모든 데이터 삭제” 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. 저희는 사본을 갖고 있지 않습니다.

금융 서비스 아님

본 앱은 기록 도구이며 돈을 보관·송금·대출하지 않고 투자·대출 등 금융 조언을 제공하지 않습니다.
