Glowbanner (“the app”) turns your phone into an LED scrolling text banner for concerts, stadiums, airport pickups and parties. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
Glowbanner has no account and no sign-in. The messages you type, your favorites, playlists and settings are stored only in local storage on your device and are never uploaded. We do not operate a backend for the app.
The optional “React to sound” effect uses the microphone to measure loudness so the text can pulse with music or cheering. Audio is processed in memory as a single volume level and is never recorded, stored or transmitted. The permission is requested only when you turn the effect on, and the effect is disabled if you decline.
The accelerometer is read only while the banner is on screen to detect a shake gesture that switches effects. No motion data is stored.
The editing screen shows a small banner ad served by Google AdMob. The full-screen banner display contains no ads. AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier to serve and measure ads, subject to Google’s advertising policies. In the EEA and UK the app asks for your consent before loading ads, and you can change your choice any time from Settings → Ad privacy options.
The app is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13.

본 앱은 계정·로그인이 없습니다. 입력한 문구·즐겨찾기·재생목록·설정은 기기 로컬에만 저장되며 업로드되지 않습니다. 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
“소리에 반응” 효과를 켜면 음악·함성의 크기에 맞춰 글자가 뛰도록 마이크로 음량만 측정합니다. 소리는 메모리에서 음량 값 하나로만 처리되며 녹음·저장·전송되지 않습니다. 권한은 효과를 켤 때만 요청하고, 거부하면 효과가 꺼집니다.
전광판이 켜진 동안에만 가속도 센서로 흔들기 제스처(효과 전환)를 감지합니다. 동작 데이터는 저장되지 않습니다.
편집 화면에 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 하나 표시됩니다. 전광판 전체화면에는 광고가 없습니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 기기의 광고 식별자를 사용할 수 있으며 Google 광고 정책을 따릅니다. EEA·영국에서는 광고 전에 동의를 묻고, 설정 → 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
