Growlets (“the app”) helps families build healthy habits: fun exercises for kids, sleep and food checklists, and a growth chart for parents. The app is designed for families and may be used by children with a parent or guardian. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
Growlets has no account and no sign-in. The child profiles you create (a name or nickname, sex, birthday, optional parents’ heights and character colors), height and weight measurements, sleep and food logs, workout history and badges are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. We do not operate a server that receives this information. Deleting a profile or uninstalling the app removes it.
Parent-facing screens (Growth and More) show a small banner ad from Google AdMob. Screens that children use for exercise show no ads. Because children may use the app, every ad request is marked as child-directed and under the age of consent, and limited to the G content rating. This means ads are not personalized and Google’s child-directed treatment applies (see AdMob child-directed treatment). AdMob may process limited device information to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, as described in Google’s advertising policies.
The voice guide uses your phone’s built-in text-to-speech engine. Daily reminders are optional, set by a parent, and scheduled on the device.
Settings and links that leave the app are behind a simple grown-up check. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe information was shared with us, contact us and we will help.
Growth charts use the public CDC 2000 Growth Charts. Growlets is for healthy habits and tracking; it is not medical advice and does not diagnose. Talk to a pediatrician about any concerns.

Growlets(“본 앱”)는 가족이 함께 쓰는 건강 습관 앱입니다. 아이 운동, 수면·식습관 체크, 부모용 성장 기록을 제공하며, 보호자와 함께 아이가 사용할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 계정·로그인이 없습니다. 아이 프로필(이름 또는 별명, 성별, 생일, 선택 입력한 부모 키, 캐릭터 색), 키·몸무게, 수면·식습관 기록, 운동 기록, 배지는 기기에만 저장되며 업로드되지 않습니다. 이 정보를 받는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 프로필을 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다.
부모용 화면(성장·더보기)에 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 하나 표시되며, 아이가 운동하는 화면에는 광고가 없습니다. 아이가 사용할 수 있으므로 모든 광고 요청을 아동 대상·동의 연령 미만으로 표시하고 G 등급으로 제한합니다. 따라서 맞춤광고가 아니며 Google의 아동 대상 처리 기준이 적용됩니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정·부정 방지를 위해 제한된 기기 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
음성 안내는 휴대폰에 내장된 음성 합성(TTS)을 사용합니다. 매일 알림은 보호자가 켤 때만 기기에서 예약됩니다.
설정과 앱 밖으로 나가는 링크는 간단한 보호자 확인을 거칩니다. 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
성장곡선은 미국 CDC 2000 성장곡선(공개 자료)을 사용합니다. 본 앱은 건강 습관과 기록을 위한 앱이며 의학적 조언이나 진단이 아닙니다. 걱정되는 점은 소아과 의사와 상담하세요.
