This policy covers the Lullaquill app on the App Store ("the app"), an audio storybook of classic tales. The version of Lullaquill on other platforms has a different feature set and its own policy.

In short

• No account or sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases.
• No analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and no advertising identifier.
• The app does not collect personal data. It never asks for names, ages, photos, your location, contacts or the microphone.
• Nothing you do in the app is sent to AI services.

What the app downloads

The app fetches stories, pictures and narration as plain files from our server, tanzsoft.com, over HTTPS. Those requests carry no account, device identifier or personal information. As with any internet connection, the server sees the network address of the device for the moment it takes to answer; requests from this app are left out of our access logs, so we do not keep a record of them.

What stays on your device

Your settings (story language, reading speed, night mode, lullaby) and your place in a story are stored only on the device. Stories you save for offline listening are stored in the app's own storage and are excluded from iCloud Backup because they can be downloaded again. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Children

The app is meant to be used by adults, reading to their family. It collects no information from anyone, including children under 13, and shows no ads or outside offers during stories.

Siri and Lock Screen

The Siri shortcut opens the app and starts a story. The story title and picture are shown on the Lock Screen and in Control Center while it plays. This stays between the device and Apple's system software; we receive nothing.
