PC Remote for iPhone and iPad — Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-11-03 · TanzSoft Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea
This policy covers the PC Remote: Mouse & Keyboard app on the App Store ("the app"), which lets your iPhone or iPad control your own computer on your own local network.
In short
- No account or sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
- We do not collect personal data. The app has no server of ours and sends us nothing.
- The app talks only to your computer. It opens a web page only if you tap a link.
Local network
The app asks your permission to use the local network. It uses this to find computers running the PC Remote program and to connect to the one you choose. Neighbouring addresses receive one small question, and only PC Remote answers it. Nothing on your network is stored apart from computers you connected to.
What you type and what you see
Pointer movement, clicks, keys and text go straight to your computer and are not stored by the app. If you use screen view, the picture of your computer comes straight from your computer and is not stored. None of this passes through us.
This connection stays inside your network but is not encrypted, so use the app on a network you trust.
What stays on your device
The names and addresses of computers you connected to, and your settings, are stored on the device. The pairing token for each computer is kept in the device Keychain and is not synced. A connection log kept in memory for troubleshooting holds no typed text, is cleared when the app closes, and leaves the device only if you copy it yourself.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.
