PC Remote Privacy Policy

Tanzsoft Ltd. ("we") respects your privacy. PC Remote lets your phone and PC talk directly over your own network. Your input is never sent to our servers — we cannot see what you type, what your screen shows, or which PC you use.

1. What we do not collect

Keystrokes and mouse movement — passed straight from your phone to your PC, never stored.
Anything on your PC screen — the app never views or captures it.
Name, phone number, email — there is no account.
Contacts, photos, messages, call logs, location.

2. Stored only on your device

Names, addresses and pairing tokens of PCs you connected to, so you can reconnect.
Settings such as pointer speed, scroll direction, haptics and auto-connect.
A short connection log (Settings › Connection log) kept in memory on the phone to help you diagnose connection problems. It is never transmitted unless you choose to share it.
The PC app keeps its settings and allowed-device list in %APPDATA%\PC Remote.

3. Permissions

Internet / network state — to reach the PC on your local network.
Wi-Fi state / multicast — to discover PCs on the same network.
Bluetooth connect — to act as a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. We do not scan for devices, so no location permission is required.
Notifications and foreground service — to keep the connection alive while the screen is off.
Vibrate — tap feedback (can be turned off).

4. Advertising

This app shows Google AdMob ads. Google may process advertising identifiers to serve them; see the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Android settings. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent (UMP) before personalised ads are shown.

5. Security

The PC app accepts connections from private networks only; connections from the public internet are refused.
The first connection must be approved on the PC screen, or by entering the 6-digit code shown there.
Five wrong codes temporarily block that device.
Approved devices can be revoked individually from the PC tray menu.

6. Children

This app is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
