Tanzsoft Ltd. (“we”) respects your privacy. PC Remote lets your phone and your PC or Mac talk
directly over your own network. Your input and your screen are never sent to our servers — we cannot see what
you type, what your screen shows, or which computer you use.
1. What we do not collect
Keystrokes and mouse movement you enter in the app — passed straight from your phone to your computer, never stored.
Name, phone number, email or other identifying details — there is no account.
Contacts, photos, messages or call logs — the app does not access them.
Location — not collected.
2. Screen view
Only when you open the Screen tab, the PC program sends images of the computer's main screen directly to your phone over your local network so you can see and control it.
These images go only from your computer to your phone. They are not stored on either device and are never sent to us or any other server.
When viewing starts, the computer shows a notification. You can turn the feature off at any time with Allow screen viewing from phone in the PC program's menu.
3. Stored only on your devices
The following stays on your phone (or computer) and is never transmitted. Deleting the app removes it.
Names, addresses and pairing tokens of computers you connected to, so you can reconnect.
Settings such as pointer speed, scroll direction, haptics and auto-connect.
A short connection log (Settings › Connection log) kept on the phone to help diagnose connection problems. It is never transmitted unless you choose to share it.
The PC program keeps its settings and allowed-device list in %APPDATA%\PC Remote (Windows).
4. Why the app uses these permissions
Internet and network state — to reach the computer on your local network. Apart from ads, the app does not communicate with the internet.
Wi-Fi state and multicast — to find computers on the same network.
Bluetooth connect — to act as a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. The app does not scan for devices, so no location permission is needed.
Notifications and foreground service — to show that a connection is active, let you disconnect from the notification, and keep the connection alive while the screen is off.
Vibrate — tap feedback (can be turned off in settings).
5. Advertising
This app shows Google AdMob ads. When AdMob has no ad to show, the same ad slot may instead show an ad from Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Digital Turbine (DT Exchange) or, through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform, from AppLovin and its partner networks. These advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from the IP address, and device diagnostics (such as battery, network and storage state) to serve and measure ads; see the Google Privacy Policy, the Liftoff Privacy Policy and the AppLovin Privacy Policy, Digital Turbine Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Android settings. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent (UMP) before personalized ads are shown.
6. Security
The PC program accepts connections only from private networks; connections from the public internet are refused.
The first connection must be approved on the computer screen, or by entering the 6-digit number shown there.
Five wrong numbers temporarily block that device.
Approved devices can be removed one by one from the PC program's menu at any time.
Because everything happens inside your home or office network, we do not recommend using it on untrusted public Wi-Fi.
7. Children
This app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
