유한회사 탄즈소프트(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 레코드킹은 화면 녹화를 기기 안에서만 처리하며, 녹화한 영상·소리를 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

화면 녹화(MediaProjection)

화면을 녹화하기 위해 필요합니다. 녹화를 시작할 때마다 안드로이드 시스템이 동의 창을 띄우며, 이용자가 허용한 그 회차에만 화면이 캡처됩니다. 캡처된 영상은 기기의 Movies/RecordKing 폴더에 저장됩니다.

마이크(RECORD_AUDIO) — 선택

녹화하면서 목소리를 함께 담고 싶을 때만 사용합니다. 설정에서 "소리 없음"을 고르면 마이크 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 권한을 거부해도 화면 녹화는 정상 동작합니다. 녹음된 소리는 영상 파일에만 들어가고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

알림(POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

녹화 중임을 알리고 알림에서 정지·일시정지를 조작하기 위해 사용합니다.

다른 앱 위에 표시(SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) — 선택

다른 앱을 쓰는 중에도 녹화를 멈출 수 있도록 작은 버튼을 화면 위에 띄웁니다. 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

저장공간(WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, 안드로이드 9 이하)

녹화 파일을 저장하기 위해 구버전 안드로이드에서만 사용합니다. 안드로이드 10 이상에서는 요청하지 않습니다.

3. 광고

레코드킹은 무료로 제공되며 운영을 위해 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자(Advertising ID) 등 기기 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 이는 구글이 수집하는 것이며 회사가 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.

4. 아동의 개인정보

레코드킹은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 보관과 삭제

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 보관하지 않으므로 삭제할 정보가 없습니다. 녹화 파일은 이용자 기기에 있으며, 앱의 보관함이나 갤러리·파일 관리자에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱 설정값도 함께 지워집니다.

6. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 날짜를 게시합니다.

Record King Privacy Policy

Tanzsoft Ltd. ("we") respects your privacy. Record King processes screen recording entirely on your device and never uploads your recordings or audio to any server.

2. Permissions the app uses

Screen capture (MediaProjection)

Required to record your screen. Android shows a consent dialog every time you start a recording, and capture happens only for that session. Files are saved to Movies/RecordKing on your device.

Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO) — optional

Used only if you choose to narrate while recording. Selecting "No audio" in settings means the permission is never requested, and denying it still allows screen recording. Recorded audio is written to the video file only.

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

Used to show that recording is in progress and to offer stop/pause controls.

Display over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) — optional

Shows a small button over other apps so you can stop recording without leaving them. Can be turned off in settings.

Storage (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 9 and below)

Used to save recordings on older Android versions only. Not requested on Android 10 or newer.

3. Advertising

Record King is free and shows Google AdMob banner ads to support development. AdMob may collect and use device information, including the Advertising ID, to serve ads. This is collected by Google; we do not store it separately.

4. Children's privacy

Record King is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

We hold no personal data, so there is nothing for us to delete. Your recordings live on your device and can be removed from the app's library, your gallery or a file manager. Uninstalling the app also removes its settings.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the update and its date on this page.
