SpaceUtil (“the app”) is a stargazing and space utility for Android: a live star map with AR view, constellations, a 3D solar system, ISS tracking with pass predictions, the current positions of Voyager 1 and 2, moon phases, meteor showers, eclipses and a space quiz. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
Star, planet, moon, eclipse and spacecraft positions are calculated on your device from built-in data. The app has no account system and does not upload your location, observation log, settings or any other personal data to our servers or to third parties.
With your permission, the app reads your device location so the sky map, rise and set times and ISS passes match where you are. Location is used on the device only and is never sent to us. You can also set a location manually, in which case no location permission is needed.
If you turn on AR mode, the app shows the camera preview behind the star map so you can match stars with what you see. The camera image is only displayed on screen; it is never captured, saved or transmitted.
The app uses the rotation and magnetic sensors (compass) to point the sky map where the phone is pointing. Sensor data is processed on-device only.
The app uses the internet only for: (1) satellite orbit data (ISS and other satellites) fetched directly from CelesTrak, (2) space-weather data (aurora Kp index, solar activity) from NOAA SWPC, (3) in test builds distributed outside Google Play, an app-update check, and (4) the advertising described below. These requests do not include your location or personal data.
The app shows a single banner ad at the bottom of the screen, served by Google AdMob. There are no full-screen, video or rewarded ads.
To deliver and measure those ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares your device's advertising ID and basic device information with Google and its advertising partners. It does not receive your location, camera image or observation records from this app. You can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. The app contains no third-party analytics SDK.
Your observation log and settings are stored only on the device. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.
The app is a general-audience astronomy utility and is not directed at children under 13.

스페이스유틸(“본 앱”)은 AR 별자리 지도, 3D 태양계, ISS 추적과 통과 예보, 보이저 1·2호 현재 위치, 달 위상, 유성우, 일식·월식, 우주 퀴즈를 제공하는 Android용 별자리·우주 유틸리티입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 수집하는 것과 수집하지 않는 것을 설명합니다.
별·행성·달·일식·탐사선 위치는 앱에 내장된 자료로 기기에서 직접 계산합니다. 계정 기능이 없으며, 위치·관측 일지·설정 등 어떠한 개인정보도 당사 서버나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다.
사용자 허용 시 하늘 지도, 출몰 시각, ISS 통과 예보를 현재 위치에 맞추기 위해 기기 위치를 읽습니다. 위치는 기기 안에서만 사용되며 당사로 전송되지 않습니다. 위치를 직접 지정할 수도 있으며 이 경우 위치 권한이 필요하지 않습니다.
AR 모드를 켜면 실제 하늘과 별을 맞춰 볼 수 있도록 카메라 미리보기 위에 별지도를 겹쳐 보여줍니다. 카메라 영상은 화면에 표시될 뿐 촬영·저장·전송되지 않습니다.
휴대폰이 향한 방향으로 하늘 지도를 돌리기 위해 회전·지자기 센서(나침반)를 사용합니다. 센서 데이터는 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.
인터넷은 ①위성 궤도 자료(ISS 등, CelesTrak에서 직접 수신) ②우주 기상 자료(오로라 Kp 지수·태양 활동, NOAA SWPC) ③구글 플레이 외부 테스트 배포판의 앱 업데이트 확인 ④아래의 광고에만 사용됩니다. 이 요청에는 위치나 개인정보가 포함되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 화면 하단에 Google AdMob 배너 광고 1개를 표시합니다. 전면 광고, 동영상 광고, 보상형 광고는 없습니다.
광고 게재·측정을 위해 Google 모바일 광고 SDK가 기기의 광고 ID와 기본 기기 정보를 수집하여 Google 및 광고 파트너와 공유합니다. 본 앱의 위치·카메라 영상·관측 기록은 광고 SDK로 전달되지 않습니다. 광고 ID는 Android 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 언제든지 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google 서비스를 사용하는 앱의 데이터 처리 방식을 참고하세요.
본 앱에는 제3자 분석 도구가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
관측 일지와 설정은 기기에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 일반 대상 천문 유틸리티로 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
